Santa Raymond RIBA

An architect of many years experience, Santa is now not only a member of the RIBA - the Royal Institute of British Architects, and an associate of IFMA - the International Facilities Management Association, but is a certified NLP practitioner. Santa consults and lectures worldwide. Conferences, seminars and workshops include the Lean Office Conference.

She writes regularly for the professional and national press, was responsible for the Section on Offices in The Architects' Handbook (Blackwell 2002), and co-authored the seminal Tomorrow's Office - creating effective and humane interiors (E&F Spon paperback 2000), as well as guides for facilities managers on Sensible Buildings, eating@work and Corporate Reception Areas.
